About Jennifer

Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor specializing in individual, couples and family therapy, and maintains a private practice in San Antonio, Texas. With over 25 years experience working with individuals, families, and children, and as a graduate of Boston College and The University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Psychology, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are depression, anxiety, postpartum adjustment issues, children and adolescents, family dynamic systems, stress management, conflict resolution, and career issues.

In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Jennifer has presented to peer and general audiences speaking on cognitive behavior therapy, adolescent developmental stages, and family therapy.

Jennifer is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual, couple, or family to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. Jennifer also provides Supervision for LPC - Interns who are working towards licensure and to be come the best psychotherapists they can be. She brings positivity, mental health advocacy, a passion for social justice, and a down-to-earth personality with her to everyone she meets.
